Tim Johnson is a principal at Gray, Plant, Mooty in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His practice concentrates in corporate representation of for-profit and not-for-profit health-care providers, health plans, managed-care organizations, and long-term care facilities. Tim advises clients on health-information, privacy and security issues; Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement; fraud, abuse, and self-referral (Stark Law) prohibitions; medical staff problems; and health care providers and facilities licensing. He is a Certified Public Accountant and taught health law at Chicago Kent College of Law.
