Elizabeth Stevens worked at Target leading crisis management efforts when she first took the Community Emergency Response Team training, which the Minneapolis Fire Department offered to business community members. She subsequently completed the State of Minnesota CERT Train-the-Trainer course and supported annual Citizen Corps conferences. Ms. Stevens is an independent consultant in the fields of corporate crisis management and preparedness, serves as Vice President of the InfraGard Minnesota Members Alliance, and is a Business Continuity Planners Association appointee to the Upper Midwest Security Alliance board of directors.
