This presentation relates the experiences of HealthPartners as they constructed their compliance program. It describes how they developed their control framework, including control objectives, controls and tests. It also includes a demo of the tool that HealthPartners uses to document and manage the framework. HealthPartners has been able to create their control infrastructure without making a major investment in software.
